Return Policy
(1) Call us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number or “RMA number,” as soon as possible, after receiving your order, (2) make sure all merchandise is returned in the original packaging, (3) write and display the RMA number clearly on the return packaging or box, and (4) ship it back to us immediately or within 10 days, calculated from the date you obtained the RMA number.
Returned items must be received by us within 15 days calculated from the date you receive your order from UPS. Late returns and/or return orders without an RMA number will either be refused or a 25% re-stocking fee will apply. Absolutely no returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days calculated from the delivery date.
Personalized, engraved or embroidered merchandise cannot be exchanged or returned. Wedding bubbles, edible items, candies, mints, Jordan almonds, white almonds and all cameras/films products ARE ALSO NOT RETURNABLE.
On exchanges, new shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
BridalWeddingFavors.com is not responsible for damages caused by any return shippers used by customers to ship merchandise back to us.
How To Obtain an RMA Number
For a Return Authorization, please call 1-800-889-8992, Mon.-Fri., 9:30am to 4:30pm(PST).
All return packages or boxes must have RMA authorization numbers posted clearly on the outside package/box.
RMA numbers are valid for only 10 days after the issuance. Not all returns with RMA numbers will be accepted for credit; this will be evaluated on a case to case basis. All returned items are subject to final inspection to qualify for a partial or full refund or credit.
