The menu at your wedding reception will have to be fabulous. We'd order the personalized luscious red personalized tags and fill the room with romantic, fragrant red roses. We'd serve Le Foie Gras d’Oie, foie gras cream with gold leaf under a fine gelee with shaved black truffles, Le Crabe, a coloful layer of fresh tomato and king crab with a coulis verjuté, a leek tart with smoked salmon and creme fraiche, tender, juicy quail with a fragrant rose petal sauce garnished with red or pink rose petals. For dessert we'd serve your beautiful wedding cake with 1 inch slices of Orange Vacherin Jannette, a frosty frozen meringue confection with an orange cream filling flavored with Grand Marnier, garnished with candied rose petals and served with fresh raspberries, or other seasonal fruit, if desired.
Made of stainless steel, each set of measuring spoons comes in an elegant matte black box with a clear plastic top tied with a sheer white organza bow attached to a charming heart theme gift tag that says "Love Beyond Measure" (see photo inset).
